Copolymer of Methyl Methacrylate, Butadiene and Styrene (MBS) Impact modifier for transparent PVC Compounds (no use restriction for translucents and opaques compounds). Main Characteristics: Impact modifier for PVC, non toxic and inodorous. Incorporating NITRIMPACT 1300 in rigid and semi-rigid PVC compounds may result in: - better impact strength - higher gloss - better thermal stability - improved lubrication - low die swell - excellent transparency Packaging: NITRIMPACT 1300 is delivered as a fine white powder, packed in 20 kg bags or approximately 400kg big-bags. Main Applications: PVC compounds for: Blow moulding Process: Packaging (bottles) in general (ex.: juices, vinegars, detergents, water, shampoos, medicines, etc). Extrusion/Calandering and Thermoforming process: Transparent Profiles, laminates in general, Blister packs, etc. Mixing Procedure: The NITRIMPACT 1300 is used in proportions of 8 to 15 phr (parts per 100 of PVC). The exact percentage depends on the application.
